DoorDash driver arrested on surveillance charges in Oswego

OSWEGO, NY — A DoorDash delivery driver was arrested on felony charges after allegedly recording and posting video of a nude, unconscious customer to social media.

Olivia Henderson, 23, of Oswego, was charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree, both E felonies.

The incident was reported to the Oswego Police Department on Oct. 13, regarding an event that occurred on Oct. 12.

Police said Henderson was delivering a food order when she encountered a male customer who was nude inside his residence.

An investigation determined the customer was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption.

Henderson recorded video of the nude male from outside his residence and subsequently posted the video to social media, where it drew significant attention, according to police.

Henderson claimed she had been sexually assaulted during the incident, but the police investigation determined no sexual assault occurred.

The male customer cooperated with police and provided a statement.

Henderson was released after being processed and was issued an appearance ticket for a future court date in Oswego City Court.

The Oswego Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and is in communication with the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office regarding prosecution.
