PELHAM, NH — Police are seeking witnesses to a rollover crash that occurred early Nov. 15 in the area of Windham Road and Hobbs Road.
The Pelham Police Department and Pelham Fire Department responded to the scene at approximately 12:23 a.m. after receiving reports of a motor vehicle rollover.
Upon arrival, emergency responders found a GMC Yukon rolled onto its passenger side with a trailer attached in the yard of 255 Hobbs Road.
The operator of the GMC Yukon suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital by the Pelham Fire Department.
Two passengers inside the vehicle were evaluated by the Pelham Fire Department and were uninjured.
According to statements from occupants of the GMC Yukon, the vehicle was traveling south on Windham Road when a Ford Expedition traveling north crossed the center line.
The GMC Yukon swerved to avoid a collision, causing it to go off the roadway and roll over.
The Ford Expedition reportedly stopped briefly after the crash, then turned down Hobbs Road toward Route 38.
Officers searched the area for the Ford Expedition but were unable to locate any vehicles matching that description.
Woody’s Towing removed the vehicle and trailer from the scene.
The road was closed during the removal process.
