SAUGERTIES, NY — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a Kingston man following an investigation into a domestic dispute.
Erich Schmidt, 37, of Kingston, was arrested at about 11:54 p.m. Nov. 13.
Schmidt was charged with attempted assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to Centralized Arraignment Part Court in Ulster County for arraignment.
Schmidt is scheduled to return to the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
