LANCASTER, NH — Three people were arrested on drug charges following a search warrant executed in August, police said.
Officers from the Lancaster Police Department, Whitefield Police Department and Probation and Parole, assisted by New Hampshire State Police, executed a search warrant on Aug. 21 at 600 Main St. in Lancaster.
Suspected narcotics were seized and sent to the New Hampshire State Forensic Lab for testing.
Following the lab results, arrest warrants were issued for Daniel Benoit, 62, of Lancaster, for one count of felony possession of controlled/narcotic drug and three misdemeanor counts of possession of prescription drugs.
Arrest warrants were also issued for Erin Gilman, 46, of Lancaster, for one count of felony possession of controlled/narcotic drug and three misdemeanor counts of possession of prescription drugs.
A warrant for two felony counts of possession of controlled narcotic drugs was issued for Erik Curtis, 43, of Lancaster.
All three were arrested Nov. 14 at the Lancaster Police Department.
Benoit was released on $2,500 cash bail with a pending court date in Lancaster District Court.
Gilman was also released on $2,500 cash bail and has a pending court date in Lancaster District Court.
Curtis was held without bail and was transported to the Coos County House of Corrections pending a hearing in Lancaster District Court.
