MOUNT HOLLY TOWNSHIP, NJ — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Route 38 after attempting to cross against a traffic signal, according to Mount Holly Township Police Department.
The driver remained at the scene initially but left before officers could obtain full contact information.
Police later identified and contacted the driver, who has been fully cooperative with the investigation.
Authorities have determined the incident is not criminal in nature.
The pedestrian is recovering at a local hospital.
