LAWRENCE, MA — A man was arrested on a drug trafficking charge following a motor vehicle stop on Nov. 1.
Members of the Early Nights Patrol Division conducted the stop in connection with reports of a disturbance in the area of Haverhill Street near Hampshire Street.
Officers recovered approximately 476 grams of fentanyl during the stop.
The operator was taken into custody and charged with trafficking Class A (fentanyl) over 200 grams.
The individual was transported to the station and booked without incident.
