THETFORD, VT — Vermont State Police and Thetford police responded to a report of a family fight on Nov. 12 at approximately 9:42 a.m.
Troopers arrived on scene and were informed by witnesses that Kellie Towle, 43, of Thetford, had threatened Jason Eastman, 42, of Thetford, and was screaming at him in public.
While attempting to take Towle into custody, she resisted arrest, police said.
Towle was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 10 at 8:30 a.m.
She is charged with aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
