BRANDON, VT — A man was cited on a domestic assault charge Tuesday evening following a disturbance investigation.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a domestic disturbance in Brandon at 5:37 p.m. Nov. 11.
Through investigation, troopers determined Ronald C. Bruce Jr., 39, of Brandon, caused pain and/or bodily injury to a family or household member.
Bruce was issued a citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division on Nov. 12 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to a charge of second degree aggravated domestic assault.
