WATERBURY, CT — A Hartford man has been arrested in connection with a September homicide.
Gerard Brown, 45, of Hartford, was apprehended Nov. 10 by members of the Waterbury Police Department in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service.
Brown is accused of involvement in a homicide that occurred Sept. 15 outside 94 Charles Street.
He was charged with murder, unlawful discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment in the 1st degree, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal use of a firearm, illegal sale/delivery/transfer of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit.
