KILLINGTON, VT — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a report of a family fight on Nobs Hill Road at approximately 10:44 a.m. Nov. 9.
Through investigation, troopers determined Carolyn E. Byrne, 41, of Royalton, caused serious bodily injury to a domestic partner.
Byrne was arrested and charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
She was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
Byrne was later lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility on $1,500 bail.
