LANCASTER, NH — Police arrested a Littleton man on an outstanding warrant Nov. 9.
Officers made contact with Timothy Moody, 35, of Littleton, who had an active arrest warrant from the Littleton Police Department.
The warrant was for simple assault and disorderly conduct.
Moody was taken into custody without incident and transported to the police department for processing.
He was released on personal recognizance bail with a pending court date in Littleton District Court.
