LYNDONVILLE, VT — A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer located a wanted person in a room at 28 Back Center Road on Nov. 5.
Nicole Atkins, 34, of North Troy, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. pursuant to a violation of probation warrant issued out of Orleans Superior Court.
The underlying charges include petit larceny, false pretenses or false tokens and retail theft.
Atkins was arrested without incident and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash or surety.
