BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police seized more than 230 grams of cocaine and arrested a man following a narcotics investigation on Armstrong Place.
The Bridgeport Police Department’s Narcotics and Vice Division executed a search and seizure warrant at approximately 1:56 p.m. on Nov. 6.
Carlos Batista, 65, of Bridgeport, was allegedly dealing large amounts of cocaine from a trailer on his property, according to police.
During the search, officers seized 234 grams of cocaine, $1,366 in U.S. currency, one digital scale and packaging materials.
Batista was charged with possession with intent to sell narcotic substances and operation of a drug factory.
His bond was set at $100,000.
