BERNARDS TOWNSHIP, NJ — Authorities are searching for a Morris Plains man wanted on multiple charges.
Matthew R. Venn, 42, of Morris Plains, is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree endangering another person.
The charges stem from an incident in Bernards Township.
Venn also has an active municipal warrant out of Passaic County.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Venn is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He has multiple tattoos on his chest, left arm, right arm and right leg.
Anyone with information about Venn’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Fugitive Unit at 908-231-7100 or through the STOPit app.
