WATERBURY, VT — Vermont State Police have cited a Duxbury man on stalking and other charges following a complaint involving a 16-year-old victim.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the stalking complaint on April 27 at approximately 4 p.m.
The investigation included conduct in the Waterbury and Berlin areas.
Tyler Fisk, 41, of Duxbury, was identified as the suspect.
Fisk was cited through his attorney on charges of stalking, obstruction of justice and negligent operation.
He is scheduled to appear for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 13 in the Criminal Division of Vermont Superior Court in Barre.
