CHESTER, NJ — Police arrested a man Tuesday morning after receiving reports of a suspicious person pulling on door handles in a residential neighborhood.
Officers responded to two calls at approximately 10:30 a.m. reporting an adult male pulling on door handles on Pleasant Hill Road near Prides Crossing.
The subject was located by officers and arrested for a separate offense, according to the Chester Police Department.
Police are asking all residents in the area to check their residences, vehicles and security cameras to ensure no successful burglaries occurred Tuesday morning.
