BROCKTON, MA — Police have arrested one suspect and charged three others in connection with an armed robbery at an AT&T store on Pleasant Street on Oct. 13.
Carlos DeBarros, 45, of Brockton, faces multiple felony charges after allegedly entering the store with a shotgun, restraining two employees, and stealing thousands of dollars in cash and electronics before fleeing on foot.
A Brockton Police K-9 named Hawk and his handler tracked the suspect’s trail and recovered a duffel bag containing stolen property, cash, and a sawed-off shotgun.
Detectives identified a getaway driver and uncovered evidence indicating the robbery may have been an inside job.
