Woman arrested on assault charge in Saugerties

SAUGERTIES, NY — A woman was arrested following a dispute on Oct. 31.

The Saugerties Police Department arrested Ayanna K. Hylton-Jackson, 21, of Kingston, at about 5:15 p.m.

Hylton-Jackson was charged with attempted assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

She was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP Court for arraignment.

Hylton-Jackson was released to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
