PENN YAN, NY — Authorities are seeking a woman wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
Martha A. Arnold, 45, of Penn Yan, is wanted by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Arnold is described as a Black female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 235 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
