UTICA, NY — A man was arrested following a search warrant execution at a Brinckerhoff Avenue residence on Nov. 4.
Justin Robinson, 39, of Utica, was taken into custody after investigators assigned to the Utica Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit and the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed the warrant.
The search warrant was obtained following several citizen complaints regarding the distribution of narcotics at the address.
During the search, investigators located a felony quantity of cocaine, U.S. currency, scales and packing materials.
Robinson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree based on weight, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
