LYNN, MA — A gang unit investigation resulted in the arrest of a Dorchester man and the seizure of drugs and an illegal firearm.
Jayquan Jones, 30, of Dorchester, was arrested following the investigation by the Lynn Police Department Gang Unit.
Police seized 27 grams of fentanyl, 110 grams of cocaine, an illegally possessed firearm and an illegally possessed high-capacity magazine.
Jones is charged with drug trafficking, firearm offenses, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, motor vehicle offenses and resisting arrest.
