WICKFORD, RI — A Pawtucket man turned himself in to state police on multiple fraud charges Tuesday evening.
Troopers arrested Joseph King Jr., 51, of Pawtucket, at 5:30 p.m. at the State Police Wickford Barracks.
King faces charges of bank fraud, fraudulent checks over $1,500 and check kiting over $1,000.
The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation.
King was processed and arraigned by a justice of the peace before being released with a future court date.
