Man cited for violating conditions of release in Randolph

RANDOLPH, VT — A 63-year-old man was cited for violating his conditions of release after allegedly emailing a protected party.

State police said they were notified on Nov. 3 at approximately 9:20 a.m. that Paul Rosenfeld of Rochester had violated his conditions of release by emailing a protected party.

The alleged violation occurred on Water Street.

Rosenfeld was issued a criminal citation to appear before the Orange County Superior Court on Nov. 4 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of violation of conditions of release.
