Man arrested on trespassing charge in Enosburg

ENOSBURG, VT — A Franklin man was arrested after allegedly attempting to enter an occupied home through a window.

Shane Robtoy, 39, of Franklin, was taken into custody following an incident on Bismark Street on Nov. 2.

Vermont State Police from the St. Albans Barracks were notified of a property dispute at a residence at 5 p.m.

An investigation revealed Robtoy attempted to enter the dwelling through a window while it was occupied, police said.

Robtoy was charged with unlawful trespass into an occupied dwelling.

He was processed and transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility, where he was held on $200 bail.
