WOODFORD, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a man on multiple charges following a burglary report at an apartment on Vermont Route 9 on Oct. 31.
Nyejai H. Price, 30, of Bennington, was charged with burglary, false information to a police officer, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.
Police received the burglary report at 8:54 p.m.
Through investigation, police determined Price had burglarized an occupied dwelling.
The victim was identified as Paisley Barr, 25, of Woodford.
During the investigation, probable cause was found to charge Price with false information to a police officer and obstruction of justice.
Price resisted troopers’ efforts to place him under arrest, police said.
Price was lodged without bail at Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 3 at 12:30 p.m.
