OLEAN, NY — Three people face felony drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence on North 11th Street.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed the warrant at 128 N. 11th St. at about 9:45 p.m. Oct. 29.
A lengthy investigation revealed the residence was being used for the sale of illegal narcotics, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers located suspected methamphetamine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, paraphernalia and U.S. currency during the search.
Adonis Linder, 46, of Buffalo, New York; Bilal Fuller, 30, of Buffalo, New York; and Taytem Heitzinger, 23, of Olean, were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a class A-II felony.
All three were arraigned and are being held pending further proceedings.
The investigation is ongoing with additional charges pending.
The task force consists of members from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Salamanca Police Department and Olean Police Street Crimes Unit.
The Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team, Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and Olean Police Department assisted with the operation.
