CHARLOTTE, VT — Troopers responded to a report of juveniles consuming alcohol at a party on Spear Street on Oct. 31 at approximately 10:09 p.m.
Upon arrival, troopers from the Williston Barracks made contact with the homeowner, Jack Fairweather, 46, of Charlotte, who granted consent for entry into the residence.
Troopers observed a group of juveniles and clear indicators of alcohol consumption inside the home.
Court Diversion appointments were issued to the involved juveniles.
Fairweather was issued a criminal citation for sale or furnishing to minors and enabling consumption by minors.
He is scheduled to answer the charges at Chittenden County Criminal Division.
