LYNDONVILLE, VT— A Lyndon man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a police officer observed him loitering near Fisher Field.
Robert John Evans III, 39, was taken into custody at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 1 on Lily Pond Road.
The warrant was issued for violation of an abuse prevention order, a felony, and domestic assault out of Caledonia Superior Court.
Evans was also charged with violation of conditions of release and violation of an abuse prevention order.
He was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or surety bail.
Evans was cited into Caledonia Superior Court for arraignment on Nov. 3 at 12:30 p.m.
