ANSONIA, NJ — A Seymour man has been arrested on charges stemming from an incident in a store parking lot last month.
George Suazo, 21, of Seymour, was arrested by warrant on Oct. 25 for his involvement in an incident on Oct. 3 in the parking lot of the Target store.
Police say Suazo was involved in a disturbance and attacked one of the responding officers during the investigation, injuring the officer.
Suazo was charged with assault on a police officer and breach of peace in the second degree.
He posted a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Nov. 7 at Derby Superior Court.
