JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Johnstown Police Department reported 47 arrests during the month of October as officers responded to 578 calls for service.
The calls included investigations into 39 motor vehicle accidents, 18 domestic violence incidents and three drug overdoses, including one fatal overdose.
Officers issued 91 traffic tickets and 17 parking tickets during the month.
Amber A. Hunt, 37, of Johnstown, was charged with aggravated DWI: child in vehicle, aggravated DWI: BAC greater than .18%, DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Madalyn J. Miller, 31, of Johnstown, was charged with assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
Caderon J. Tyrrell, 44, of Johnstown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
James P. Scholl, 28, of Fultonville, was arrested on a warrant for another agency.
Gino A. Macaluso-Young, 27, of Herkimer, was charged with DWI and DWI: BAC greater than .08%.
Orlando L. Roche, Jr., 25, of Amsterdam, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and aggravated family offense.
Roche was also charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.
Mark T. Pettit, 57, of Johnstown, was arrested on a warrant for another agency.
Cassandra L. Blake, 39, of Gloversville, was charged with DWI and DWI: BAC greater than .08%.
Todd C. Weaver, 57, of Johnstown, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Darick C. Lathers, 35, of Johnstown, was charged with petit larceny and possession of a forged instrument in the first degree.
Timothy L. Pasqualino, 47, of Johnstown, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
David S. Galloway, 59, of Gloversville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Richard L. Bailey, Jr., 64, of Johnstown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Brittany M. Gordon, 37, of Johnstown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Bruce A. Hauser, 52, of Johnstown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Jeremy M. Case, 28, of Gloversville, was charged with petit larceny.
Christopher S. Hallenbeck, 46, of Niskayuna, was charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Eugene A. Goebel, 39, of Gloversville, was charged with sex offender: failure to verify address within 90 days and sex offender: fail to mail verification form.
Jonathon M. Bawn, 26, of Schenectady, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
James B. Williams, 40, of Amsterdam, was charged with DWAI: drugs.
Elvis K. Race, 20, of Johnstown, was charged with displaying a forged inspection certificate.
Jarid T. Empie, 37, of Johnstown, was charged with DWAI: drugs and four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Emily A. McRedmond, 18, of Johnstown, was charged with harassment in the second degree.
Samantha A. McGillis, 27, of Johnstown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Benjamin E. Randall, 23, of Watervliet, was charged with rape in the third degree, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
