WATERTOWN, NY — New York State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman suspected of stealing from a Target store on Town Center Drive in Jefferson County.
Surveillance footage from Oct. 7 shows a female suspect taking office supplies and clothing from the store.
The woman left the store and drove away in a red vehicle.
