BROADALBIN, NY — A rollover crash on Midline Road led to the arrest of an Amsterdam man on drunken driving charges.
State Police responded to the single-vehicle crash at about 2:41 p.m. Oct. 24.
The driver, John J. Borkowski, 51, of Amsterdam, was not injured in the crash.
Borkowski was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations.
He was transported to State Police barracks in Mayfield for processing, where he recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.25 percent.
Borkowski was issued tickets returnable to Broadalbin Town Court on Nov. 20 and released to a sober third party.
