PAWTUCKET, RI — A Providence woman was arrested Thursday following a motor vehicle accident in which she allegedly left the scene.
Cassandra Grandy, 32, of Providence, was taken into custody at 10 a.m. by Rhode Island State Police troopers who responded to the crash.
Grandy faces charges of duty to stop for accident resulting in damage to vehicle and driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled license, fourth and subsequent offense.
She was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
