WATERBURY, VT — Vermont State Police received a late report Oct. 15 of an aggravated domestic assault that took place Aug. 5, 2024, on Randall Street.
Through investigation, police said David Lewis, 49, of Brattleboro, caused pain and fear of serious bodily injury to a domestic partner.
Lewis was issued a citation via his lawyer to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Oct. 30.
He is charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
