PINE CITY, NY — A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant Tuesday.
Daniel L. Maldonado, 36, of Pine City was arrested on Oct. 29 on an outstanding Superior Court warrant for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The warrant was issued by Chemung County Court on Oct. 28.
Maldonado is being held at Chemung County Jail pending arraignment by the Chemung County Court.
