ELMIRA, NY — A man was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.
Giovanni O. Olan, 28, of Elmira, was arrested Oct. 29 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband in the first degree.
The warrant was issued by Elmira City Court on Oct. 24.
Olan was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Elmira City Court at a later date.
