HAVERHILL, MA — Two Springfield men have been arrested in connection with a shooting that occurred on Locust Street on Oct. 2.
Jonathan Faust, 41, of Springfield, and Roberto Ortega, 33, of Springfield, were taken into custody without incident, according to the Haverhill Police Department.
Both individuals face multiple charges related to the shooting.
The arrests resulted from a joint investigation involving the Haverhill Police Department, Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and the Springfield Police Department.
The shooting occurred in the early morning hours of Oct. 2 and remains under active investigation.
