LINCOLN, RI — A Texas man was arrested on a fugitive warrant at Sixth Division District Court on Oct. 28.
Kevon C. Stevens, 27, of Sugarland, Texas, was taken into custody at 4:45 p.m. on a Fugitive from Justice warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Felony Assault – Employee of Jail out of the State of Texas.
Stevens was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
In a separate incident on Oct. 28 at 11:46 p.m., troopers arrested Brianna Serapiglia, 25, of Johnston, for Driving with a Suspended/Revoked Cancelled License – Certain Violations.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence.
Serapiglia was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
On Oct. 29 at 12:37 a.m., troopers arrested Richard Hiraldo, 26, of Providence, on two Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrants.
The warrants were for the original charges of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates and Forgery and Counterfeiting, both originating out of the Johnston Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence.
Hiraldo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
On Oct. 29 at 1:10 a.m., troopers arrested Christopher Charbonnier, 38, of East Haddam, Connecticut, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence.
Charbonnier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
