CLIFTON PARK, NY — A woman was arrested Thursday following a domestic incident in which she allegedly violated an order of protection.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call at 3:30 p.m. on Huntridge Drive in the town of Clifton Park.
Jessica M. Castro, 42, of Clifton Park, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Castro is accused of violating an order of protection by pulling the protected person’s hair.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Robert A. Rybak in Clifton Park Town Court.
Castro was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
