WAITSFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 6:24 a.m. on Oct. 26.
Police say Wendell Rogers, 35, of Waitsfield, arrived unannounced at his ex-girlfriend’s residence.
Rogers forced his way into the residence and remained there after being asked to leave, according to police.
No assault occurred during the incident.
Rogers left the residence before police arrived.
Troopers later located Rogers at his own residence and issued him a citation for unlawful trespass into a dwelling.
Rogers is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Oct. 27 at 12:30 p.m.
