ALBANY, NY — Three Albany residents were arrested Thursday morning during an investigation that yielded four firearms.
Around 10:40 a.m. Thursday, Albany detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue near South Lake Avenue in reference to an ongoing investigation.
During the search warrant, Robert Fallen, 20, of Albany, was taken into custody exiting the building and was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun.
In connection with the same investigation, Albany detectives executed an additional search warrant on the 100 block of Ontario Street near Bradford Street.
During the search warrant, a loaded handgun and a rifle were located inside the residence.
Lashawn Taylor, 26, of Albany, was inside the residence at the time of the search warrant and taken into custody.
Lamier Gross, 22, of Albany, was also taken into custody in the area of Ontario Street and Benson Street in reference to the same investigation and was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun.
Fallen has been charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
Taylor has been charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
Gross has been charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail with bail set at $20,000.
