GATES, NY — Police are seeking to identify a man who stole beer from a retail location on Spencerport Road after arriving in a stolen vehicle.
The incident occurred at a business on Spencerport Road, according to the Gates Police Department.
The suspect entered the store and took beer without paying before leaving in a vehicle that had been reported stolen, police said.
