ROXBURY, MA — Boston police are seeking to identify a man involved in an assault incident at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred at about 7:55 a.m. at the store located at 2360 Washington Street.
According to police, a man entered the store and became verbally aggressive toward staff after being denied a custom drink request.
The individual made several verbal threats, including statements implying harm toward an employee, police said.
The man then exited the store, removed a red jacket he had been wearing, and returned moments later to make additional threats consistent with the earlier ones before leaving the area, according to police.
Detectives assigned to District B-2 are actively reviewing the incident.
