ORLEANS, VT — Vermont State Police cited a man for violating his court-ordered conditions of release Wednesday afternoon.
Donald Sabens, 43, of Orleans, was reported to be breaking his pretrial conditions at the Family Dollar at 4:14 p.m.
Police said an investigation revealed Sabens had an active condition of release requiring a curfew from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., which he was violating.
Sabens was taken into custody and processed at the Derby Barracks.
He was released on a citation to appear in court.
