KINGSBURY, NY — A 41-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly injuring a child during a domestic incident.
Cordelle J. Pratt, of Kingsbury, was charged with assault in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors, according to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy.
The incident occurred on Crowley Road in the town of Kingsbury.
An investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office determined that Pratt injured a child less than 16 years of age during the incident.
Pratt was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear at a later date in Kingsbury Town Court.
