LEBANON, NH — Officers responded to the Circle K convenience store at 89 Main Street at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Oct. 17 after receiving a report of a male subject appearing unconscious in a vehicle parked at the gas pumps.
Upon arrival, officers located a 2018 Jeep Compass occupied by four individuals.
The driver was identified as Dana Wescott, 42, of Hartford.
Two of the three passengers were identified as April Sanville, 35, of Hartford, and Maria Adams, 39, of Lebanon.
During the initial contact, officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle.
Officers also learned that Adams had an active arrest warrant for a prior drug paraphernalia charge stemming from a September investigation in Lebanon.
Adams was taken into custody without incident.
She was found to be in possession of 49.4 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 4.3 grams of suspected cocaine, and 7.9 grams of suspected fentanyl.
Both Wescott and Sanville were also found to have active electronic bench warrants and were taken into custody.
The vehicle was seized and secured, pending a search warrant.
On Oct. 23, Lebanon police executed a search warrant on the seized Jeep Compass.
During the search, officers located a loaded .22 caliber handgun, a large amount of drug paraphernalia including used needles, pipes, scales, and baggies.
Adams, Wescott, and Sanville were released with a 2nd Circuit Lebanon District Court date of Dec. 15.
