Man arrested on stalking charge in Hornby

HORNBY, NY — A 66-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly engaging in offensive conduct that placed two victims in fear of serious injury.

Todd K. Weber, of Hornby, was arrested Oct. 21 by deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities allege Weber engaged in offensive conduct that placed two victims in fear of serious injury while unlawfully upon a premise and then physically resisted his authorized arrest.

Weber was charged with stalking in the fourth degree, trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
