SAUGERTIES, NY — A 20-year-old man was arrested following a dispute Tuesday night.
The Saugerties Police Department arrested Zane P. Grant at about 9:50 p.m. Oct. 21 following a complaint into a dispute.
Grant, of Saugerties, was charged with misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Grant is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
