GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — Police are searching for a missing juvenile last seen in mid-October.
Xavier McGuinness was last seen on Oct. 18 at Rowan University in Glassboro, according to the Gloucester City Police Department.
His last known whereabouts were at the university campus.
