BIDDEFORD, ME — A traffic stop in downtown Biddeford early Monday resulted in the arrest of two people on drug and warrant charges.
Officers conducted the stop at approximately 1:15 a.m. on October 20.
Daniel Melnick, 32, of Saco, was arrested on 12 active warrants, according to the Biddeford Police Department.
Melnick was also found to be in possession of multiple packages of suspected fentanyl totaling over 7 grams.
Devin Nason, 29, of Saco, was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and was on probation.
Both Melnick and Nason were charged and transported to York County Jail.
